Seed investment round

We are very excited to open a seed investment round to 10 investors.

Over the last 10 years we have trained hundreds of clinicians in 12 countries to elevate their clinical photography. As a small nimble team we have built our business install by install, relationship by relationship.

In order to meet our potential we are looking for seed investment from willing investors - to grow rapidly and expand our team and invest in R&D to further our offering. We have only scratched the surface - and the opportunity is without limit.

Clinicians in the $100B+ aesthetics market rely on

before-and-after photos for marketing but face poor

quality, inefficiency, and critical medico-legal (AHPRA)

compliance risks from DIY or inferior systems.

The Solution

CIA provides a complete, integrated system

(hardware, software, cloud storage & training) for

capturing, managing, and storing clinically accurate,

regulation-compliant patient images.

Traction (Bootstrapped)

Proven market fit with 180+ installs across 12 countries,

generating c. $1.05M in FY25 revenue. Strong hybrid

model of upfront system sales ($14k-$27k) and

recurring support revenue (c. $2.5k p.a.).

Competitive Moat

Founder-led by a uniquely trusted industry expert

(Woodrow Wilson). The system offers clinically

superior, non-AI-enhanced images at a more

competitive price than incumbents.

The Ask

Seeking $250k - $600k (Seed Round) to scale the

team and accelerate growth. Funds are primarily

allocated to staffing (46.7%), marketing (30%), and

product development (10%).
