Skin cancer trial
Clinical Imaging Australia is expanding a retrospective trial to evaluate advanced skin analysis filters on confirmed cases of melanoma, basal cell carcinoma (BCC), and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC).
Preliminary findings suggest these filters may detect clusters of melanin and vascular networks within the first 2 mm of the dermis. We aim to expand the dataset to 50 confirmed cases to generate statistically meaningful evidence for research funding and grant applications.
Participating clinics will receive a report summarising findings derived from their submitted cases.
