With rack servers and on site storage solutions getting more expensive and end of life, we are transitioning our installs into Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Onedrive online cloud storage has plans from 1TB through to 10TB for any sized clinic there are distinct advantages, efficiency gains and workflow improvements - including saving the expense of new server and management fees.
In short all images captured by our system on primary photography computer ( or multiple terminals or clinics ) send files to directory on the cloud by patient name A-Z
